Information provided on our mental health abuse case forms or data given when requesting more information may be directed at our discretion to a local CCHR chapter near you that is more suited to fulfill your request.
Our Commitment to Our Donors
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by Citizens Commission on Human Rights, both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform” includes Citizens Commission on Human Rights website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for the purposes necessary to process the donation.

The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

It is our policy not to use or share the personal information about you in ways unrelated to the ones described herein without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
