WARNING:Â Anyone wishing to discontinue or change the dose of a psychiatric drug is cautioned to do so only under the supervision of a physician because of potentially dangerous withdrawal symptoms.
REPORT ADVERSE DRUG REACTIONS
The FDA admits that probably only 1% of all adverse drug effects are reported by patients or physicians. Only by reporting all adverse drug reactions will the true magnitude of harm of psychiatric drugging be known.
